/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- ½ xícara (chá) de água de cozimento da mandioca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br Aos poucos acrescentar água até obter uma massa lisa sem grudar nas mãos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Levar para a geladeira por 30 minutos mais ou menos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de milho verde&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara ( chá) de mussarela picadinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara (chá) de queijo ralado ( minas ou parmesão)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 ovos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola ralada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sal,  pimenta do reino, malagueta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 fatias de bacon ( ou 250 g)&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparar:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cortar o bacon em porções pequenas e fritar levemente. Escorrer bem e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Numa tigela bater os ovos com o creme de leite, cebola e os outros temperos. Misturar a farinha de trigo e o queijo ralado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espalhar a massa no fundo e nas laterais do pirex ou (forminhas ); colocar a mussarela e o milho verde e por cima os ingredientes da tigela.
